Reflecting on my recent stay at Royal House Napoli Centro, By Clapa Group, I found it to be a mixed bag. Despite the fine location and clean room with a comfortable bed, the absence of certain amenities like air conditioning and free toiletries left something to be desired in terms of value. The option for a paid airport shuttle could enhance convenience for guests, while the lift and no-smoking policy add to the overall appeal. Embracing sustainable practices like providing cots for families and allowing pets would elevate the guest experience. In weighing luxury against value, Royal House Napoli Centro falls short on the extravagance expected at this price point but makes up for it with a convenient location and minimalistic comforts.
